By signing below, I agree to the following:

  1. I understand that car wash services involve risk, including scratches, dents, broken antennas, cracked mirrors, or damage to pre-existing defects or aftermarket parts.
  2. I release Wish Wash Car Wash, its owners, employees, and agents from liability for any damage or loss during the service.
  3. My vehicle is in suitable condition, and I have removed or secured loose parts and accessories.
  4. My vehicle is being photographed and potentially posted on social media with the license plate blurred out.
  5. The Company makes no guarantees or warranties as to the outcome of the wash.
  6. Wish Wash reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
  7. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint type, and pre-existing issues.
  8. This waiver is the entire agreement and is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
